Background

How do aerosol spray drugs behave once they are released in the ambient air? How much water do atmospheric aerosol particles take up water from their surroundings? How much solar radiation do they scatter and absorb? How do surface properties of nanoparticles affect ice nucleation efficiency?

My research provides insights into aerosol fundamental physicochemical behavior that represents reducing uncertainty in climate predictions and health-related studies.

As a passionate scientist who is committed to public service and working with members of diverse populations, I strive to work on solutions that address health and environmental problems and climate change using my group’s research perspectives.
